Let us get to know you via a brief consultation call. The more you can share about yourselves and what you want to get out of your trip, the better we’ll be able to create a customized itinerary perfectly tailored to you.
What are your favorite wines and Champagnes? Are you just starting to learn about the wines of France or are you a seasoned wine collector? What kind of experiences are you looking for? How many wine regions do you hope to visit? Are you looking for traditional, sumptuous accommodations or something more sleek and contemporary? Do you prefer haute cuisine or traditional dishes? And if there’s a special occasion, such as a milestone birthday or anniversary, then let us know so we can make it extra special.
02. Next, we’ll craft your custom itinerary
Once we’ve got to know you and what you want to get out of your trip, we will get to work on crafting your perfect itinerary. This will include all of your private wine experiences, private lunches and dinners at the wineries, booking your accommodations, managing your restaurant reservations, and arranging private transportation with a dedicated chauffeur for the duration of your trip.
We will send you the proposed itinerary for your review. Based on your feedback we will make any required adjustments before finalizing your itinerary.
Ahead of your arrival in France, we will provide you with a comprehensive itinerary, accessible online of via our App, containing all the information you need for a magnificent and absolutely seamless trip.
03. At your service
Upon your arrival in France, we would be delighted to greet you and escort you to your accommodations. If you are arriving at a major airport such a Paris Charles de Gaulle, you will be met on the jetway as you deplane and expedited through customs and passport control and taken to your driver.
Once you’ve settled in, our team is your fingertips via phone, text or WhatsApp. While we won’t be tagging along with you, you will know that you’re in good hands every step of the way – and that is the effortless beauty of The Bordeaux Concierge.
